Allina Commons is the Minneapolis-based headquarters of Allina Hospitals & Clinics, a not-for-profit health care organization serving patients and communities. Responsibilities:
Professional level financial analyst position. Responsible for conducting and documenting moderate to complex financial analysis projects. Conducts economic research, prepares economic forecasts, determines economic and business trends, conducts financial analyses and develops specialized economic/business reports. Performs analysis of business unit performance. May assist with due diligence during acquisition.

Job Description
The SQDM Principal Reimbursement Analyst will develop and deliver economic education programs and services to hospital and physician customers, SQDM and CRDM Sales personnel, and other key stakeholders in order to remove economic barriers to sales and to increase awareness and understanding of the economic and reimbursement issues that impact SQDM product utilization and success. The SQDM Principal Reimbursement Analyst will develop and disseminate reimbursement materials and content for customer support and reimbursement assistance. This position will also work closely with the SQDM reimbursement strategy group and marketing team to communicate and execute coverage, coding, and payment changes with customers, sales personnel, payers, and other key stakeholders.

• Develop and distribute reimbursement materials and tools (coding and reimbursement guides, presentations, web content, etc.) for customer support and education
• Provide reimbursement assistance to optimize patient access and appropriate customer reimbursement for SQDM products
• Identify, resolve, and document reimbursement success and barriers through working with internal and external customers as well as monitor payer coverage and payment policy activities.
