Nominating Committee

NOMINATING COMMITTEE

PURPOSE

The Nominating Committee shall propose a slate of candidates for Chapter Officer

positions and vacant positions on the Chapter Board of Directors for the ensuing

year. The Nominating Committee shall present its nominees to the Chapter

Secretary for consideration by the Chapter Membership and shall assist the Chapter

Secretary in tabulating those nominees elected as Chapter officers and directors.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

A. Present nominees for Chapter officer positions and membership on the

    Board of Directors to the Chapter Board of Directors no later than 120

    days before the end of the Chapter fiscal year.

B. Propose, if necessary or if requested, additional nominees to fill otherwise

    vacant officer or Board positions in accordance with Chapter By-Laws.

COMMITTEE CHAIR
